Skills Workshop: Upper Body Push/Pull
Learn to perform powerful push-ups and proper pull-ups in this progressive push pull program! In this workshop we will break down the fundamentals of upper body push and pull exercises while learning to perform them with the most efficiency possible. Our arms don't exist separate from our bodies, so it’s important to learn optimal body position when performing upper body exercises. The way your legs/hips/back/shoulders/(insert body part here) move(s) in relationship to the rest of your body can be the difference between risking injury and generating more strength/power than you knew you had! This workshop is a workout. Please come prepared to sweat.
