Fueling your body with the right balance of nutrients is an important aspect of reaching your fitness goals. You can work your butt off at the gym, but without quality fuel, your efforts may be sabotaged. In this workshop, Registered Dietitian, Alida Iacobellis, will talk about how to eat well to help you reach your performance goals, ideal pre and post workout nutrition, supplements (which are effective and which are a waste of money) and things to consider when setting goals related to weight loss and physique.
