Workshop: Pelvic Floor - Retraining Your Core 4

The Core 4 is a team of muscles designed to work together in anticipation of our every move. Pregnancy and birth can impact the synergy of the Core 4 resulting in symptoms like incontinence, low back pain, painful intercourse or pelvic organ prolapse (yikes!). In this workshop, we’ll talk about the signs of core dysfunction and work through a series of exercises designed to help retrain your Core 4 to work together automatically to support and protect your spine and pelvis during daily life and while exercising. This workshop is appropriate for both pre & post-natal women (no matter how old your child may be). Babes in arms are welcome to attend, but child minding will not be provided.
