Skills Workshop: Deadlifts

This workshop concentrates on one of the most technical and important exercises we can do – the deadlift. For added fun, participants will get a chance to work with barbells while learning to perfect this full-body exercise. Whether you’re looking to improve your deadlift form in class or itching to get your hands on a barbell and lift heavy, this workshop is for you. This is a barbell club workshop open to all members. Come prepared to sweat.
