Posture & Form Improvement: Neck & Upper Back

Got a crick in your neck? Does your upper back ache or burn? Many of us spend our days with our heads thrust forward towards a screen. This puts our cervical spine out of alignment and adds lots of stress to the muscles of the neck and upper back. In this workshop, you’re learn both release and strengthening techniques to achieve about the ideal head alignment for exercise and during activities of daily life.
