Mindfulness is the practice of staying in the present moment—and accepting it without judgment. Studies have shown that mindfulness can improve well-being, physical and mental health and even the way you exercise. In this workshop, you'll learn more about the principals and benefits of mindfulness as well as practice some simple techniques to help you apply mindfulness to your workouts. This workshop includes moderate exercise and breathing techniques that may be out of your comfort zone. Please come with an open mind and ready to try new things.
